Scope

Full Residence

The Brief

A home that holds its quiet.

The clients came to SIAS with a clear desire — a home that didn’t announce itself. Set within the calm of the Raya Golf Club, the residence needed interiors that extend the landscape outside rather than compete with it.

The ask was warmth without heaviness, character without clutter, and a sense of permanence that would deepen over time rather than date.

The Approach

Letting the
landscape
lead.

Rather than imposing a style onto the space, we started with what was already there — the greens beyond the windows, the quality of afternoon light, the natural grain of materials the site suggested.

01

Material Honesty

Every finish chosen for its natural character — walnut, travertine, linen — used without artifice or over-finishing.

02

Light as Architecture

Window positions and ceiling heights were worked with, not against — letting daylight shift the mood throughout the day.

03

Quiet Consistency

A single warm palette flows across all rooms — no jarring transitions, no feature walls. The home breathes as one.

Room by Room

A closer look at the spaces that make up this residence — each with its own character, all part of one story.

Living Room

The social heart of the home — anchored by a custom low-profile sofa in warm linen, walnut shelving, & a travertine coffee table. The palette stays close to the earth tones outside the window.

Dining Area

An intimate dining space defined by a solid wood table, aged brass pendant lighting, and textured wall panels that soften sound and add depth without visual noise.

Master Bedroom

Designed for rest above all else. A restrained palette of warm whites and natural linen, with built-in joinery that keeps the room clear of clutter and full of calm.

Master Suite · First Floor

Kitchen

A working kitchen that holds its own aesthetically — matte cabinetry, stone counters, and integrated appliances keep the space clean and purposeful without feeling clinical.

"Every material here was chosen to age well — wood that warms with light, stone that softens with use. A home should become more itself over time."
